tallow is a rendered form of beef suet or fat that encompasses the kidney, primarily made up of triglycerides. It is a multifunctional product that can be used in cooking, cleaning, cosmetics, and much more. This is the most under rated under used beef by product. It has been used for centuries dating back to the Babylon days.
We raise our own beef on our ranch Rafter 2S Ranch in Goldendale WA. We also have our own WSDA inspected meat shop where we process beef. So my tallow cream is closed circuit! Meaning I pick and choose which fat I want to use for my creams. It is not store bought or has the risk of shipping damage, it is sourced right here!
